Phone number and SMS checks
Use the same number used during registration, wait for delayed SMS codes, and avoid requesting many codes quickly. Repeated requests can create temporary verification blocks.
Password and login result checks
Confirm keyboard language, copied spaces and saved password entries. If the same password fails on app and browser, use the PK500 login result check before trying more combinations.
When to use support
Use support when the account shows lock, duplicate registration, wallet restriction or verification warning messages. Creating another account can make recovery harder.
